- Validation Decal Displayed in block letters at least 3" high displayed on both sides of the PWC
- PFDs: Type I, II or III (Personal Floatation Device) for each person on board and each person being towed
- United States Coastgaurd approved Type B-1 Fire Extinguisher
- Horn, Whistle Or Bell (or any effective sound producing device)
- Engine kill switch lanyard (if applicable)
